Call the office named on the citation or court paper. The Mills County Justice Court, County Clerk, and Sheriff’s Office handle different parts of a warrant question. This page lists government contact routes for a Mills County warrant or court-record question, but the private reference cannot confirm, recall, or clear a warrant. A public-information request asks for a defined record, not status or surrender instructions.

This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Mills County Warrant Records is a private reference. It cannot run an official check, remove or recall a warrant, take payment, arrange an appearance, or give legal advice. Contact the court that issued the process or use the Sheriff’s Office for general law-enforcement routing.

For a traffic or Class C citation, ask whether it belongs to Justice Court or a city court. The county portal can help locate an underlying case, but its public landing page does not show a warrant-status field. No official Mills County source reviewed a separate warrant desk, bond window, walk-in surrender schedule, or local recall form.

The county’s Public Information page links a request form. The sheriff also provides a general message form; neither channel promises a warrant-status response or a particular turnaround.
